Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Cobrivo Pro and Business web subscriptions. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record: it processes payment, calculates and collects applicable indirect taxes, issues transaction documents and handles refund requests.
1. 7-day free trial
Eligible new subscribers may start a 7-day free trial with a valid payment method. No subscription fee is charged during the trial.
Unless you cancel from your profile before the trial ends, the subscription will renew automatically and Paddle will charge the price of the chosen plan and billing period, plus applicable taxes.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel the trial or subscription from your account profile. Cancellation prevents future renewals. If you cancel an already-paid subscription, access continues until the end of the billed period unless a refund is applied.
3. Refund requests
You may request a refund using the support link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing legal@cobrivo.com with the purchase email and transaction identifier. Paddle will review and process the request under its procedures, this policy and applicable law.
Cancellation alone does not create an automatic prorated refund. This does not limit any mandatory withdrawal, warranty or refund rights in the consumer's country.
4. Duplicate, incorrect or unrecognized charges
If you notice a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount or a transaction you do not recognize, report it promptly through the support option in the Paddle receipt and at legal@cobrivo.com. We will investigate and coordinate any correction or refund that is due.
5. Taxes and currency conversion
Paddle calculates indirect taxes based on the buyer's location and tax status. Differences caused solely by exchange rates or fees charged by the buyer's bank do not by themselves constitute an incorrect Cobrivo charge.
6. Your clients' invoices and dues
Cobrivo organizes invoices, dues and reminders, but it does not collect money from your clients or manage their refunds. This policy covers only the price of your own Cobrivo subscription.
